It’s time for another Pa La Cultura State of the Union. Buckle up because we have a lot of stuff to go over this time.
In terms of news, we hit our one year anniversary just a few days ago on January 8th. Our first year has taught us so much about the site and how we can continue to make it even better. In our first year, we published nearly 200 posts and were viewed across the globe thousands of times. Thanks to everyone who has joined us along the way. The next year of Pa La Cultura will be even bigger than the first!

The biggest new project that we’re undertaking here is launching our new Pa La Cultura Newsletter! We’ll send it out once a week so that you can keep up with all of the best content from our site. To be added to the list, fill out the form below.
Other Developments
In terms of content, we’ve been updating all of the graphics on our site to give us a much cleaner and more modern look. Let me know what you guys think!
I mentioned in the last State of the Blog update that we would be coming out with merch soon. That is still the plan. If anyone has any experience setting up an eCommerce site so that we can start to sell all of our designs, let me know. To be completely honest, I’m still a little behind on this front so the more help the better.
We’re also still looking for people who are interested in writing for the site. If you or anyone you know has a unique perspective on Latin music or it’s impact on their life, send them my way. I’d be happy to get them up and running on the site.
Looking forward to the next year, we’re also planning to restart our Instagram page, which you can follow here. If you want to contribute by making Reels content, please let me know.
